The QJB submersible mixer is divided into two series: the mixing series and the low-speed thrust series.

The mixing series is suitable for stirring liquids containing suspended solids in sewage treatment plants and industrial processes.

Performance Features

1,Compact structure, simple operation and maintenance, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life.

2,The impeller features an advanced hydraulic design, high efficiency, and swept-back blades with a self-cleaning function to prevent entanglement and blockage by foreign materials.

3,When used in conjunction with an aeration system, energy consumption can be significantly reduced, the oxygen transfer rate is significantly enhanced, and sedimentation can be effectively prevented.

4,The motor winding insulation class is F, and the protection class is IP68. The motor is equipped with imported bearings and an anti-condensation device, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

5,Dual mechanical seals are made of tungsten carbide-tungsten carbide. All exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel.

Applicable Scope

The mixer should operate normally under the following conditions:

1,Maximum medium temperature: ≤40°C;

2,Medium pH value: 5–9;

3,Liquid density: ≤1.15 kg/m³;

4,Long-term submersible operation, with a maximum submergence depth of ≤20 meters.

Selection Notes

To ensure optimal performance, users must provide the following information:

1,Application purpose;

2,Tank type;

3,Tank dimensions;

4,Medium characteristics (viscosity, density, solid content, etc.).

The required power for the mixer is determined based on tank volume, liquid density, viscosity, and mixing depth. Depending on the specific conditions, one or multiple mixers may be required.
