The WQS Series Deep-Water High-Head Submersible Sewage Pump is an advanced product derived from the development of submersible sewage pumps used in the Three Gorges Project on the Yangtze River. Its hydraulic component design and structural configuration break through conventional design methodologies of traditional submersible sewage pumps. This innovation fills the technical gap in high-head deep-diving sewage pumps and elevates China's pump industry hydraulic design standards to a new level.

The WQS Series features a coaxial motor-pump structure with compact design. It employs a fixed wet installation method using an automatic coupling system. Key advantages include:

  • High-precision manufacturing ensures seamless installation and retrieval within 100-meter head conditions.
  • Eliminates the need for personnel to enter water pits during maintenance.
  • Installation Steps:

1、Mount specialized base on the sump bottom and connect to discharge piping.

2、Install support blocks on the pool top and connect to the base via guide rails.

3、Attach the pump to a dedicated bracket and slide it down the rails to the base outlet position.

4、Automatic coupling and sealing achieved via pump self-weight.
