The S Series Single-Stage Double-Suction Split-Case Centrifugal Pump is a next-generation high-efficiency energy-saving product, widely applied in modern urban water supply and drainage systems, power plants, industrial process water intake and pressurization, agricultural irrigation and drainage, and various water conservancy and petrochemical projects.

Designed to national standard specifications, this pump series features high standardization, modularity, and interchangeability. 1. Pump Casing Design

  • Axial Split-Case Structure: Both suction and discharge ports are integrated into the pump body, positioned within the same vertical plane relative to the shaft axis. This design simplifies piping layout and enables easy maintenance (no need to disconnect inlet/outlet piping or prime mover during servicing).

2. Rotor Assembly

  • Double-Suction Impeller: Symmetrical blade arrangement balances axial forces. The impeller is secured to the shaft via dual shaft sleeves and lock nuts, with adjustable axial positioning for precise alignment.
  • Shaft Support System: Two-point bearing support structure with elastic pin coupling directly connected to the prime mover, minimizing mechanical losses.
  • Bearings: Grease-lubricated deep groove ball bearings ensure smooth operation.

3. Volute Structure

  • Hydraulic Chamber: The pump casing, cover, and impeller form the suction and pressure chambers.
  • Wear Ring: Installed between chambers to reduce leakage from the pressure chamber to the suction chamber, minimizing volumetric losses and extending pump casing lifespan.
  • Instrumentation Ports:vacuum and pressure gauge threaded ports on flanges. Drain ports are provided at the lower flange sections for automation system integration.

4. Shaft Sealing System

  • Options: Packing seal, mechanical seal, or soft packing seal (customizable for special requirements).
  • Seal Water Supply: Depending on media properties, sealing water can be sourced from the pressure chamber or external supply.

  • 300: Pump suction port diameter (mm).
